Management is clearly different from leadership. Leadership is
primarily a high powered , right brain activity.
It is more of an art, it is based on a
philosophy.
You have to ask the ultimate questions of life when you are
dealing with personal leadership issues.
In management, you must execute the strategy and deal with the
most difficult part of any job: people.
Different personalities, expectations, cultures, beliefs,
attitudes, behaviors etc. and motivate them to work together towards a common
vision and goal.
If it were easy, everyone could do it and not everyone
can.
